What will be there?

The event will consist of arena standard staging, lighting and sound, as well as numerous
fully licensed bars and street food vendors.

Are there accessible toilets

Yes, there will be a variety of toilets from disabled to standard portaloos. We will be monitoring these throughout
the event to ensure that they are as clean as possible.

Where is the Oktoberfest site located within Mote Park?

The main Oktoberfest entrance will be situated opposite Mote Park Café, with Mote Park’s main
entrance off Mote Avenue being the best way to access the site.

Can we leave and come back?

You unfortunately cannot leave and re-enter the event. 

Is it safe?

Each customer will be searched and so too will their bags. There will be a zero tolerance approach
implemented by our experienced and professional security team. 

All food, drinks (500ml of sealed bottled water is permitted), glass and sharp objects will be
confiscated upon entry. We ask that you do not bring perfume or any other valuable cosmetics to the event
because it will be confiscated and there is no guarantee that you will get it back. We take no responsibility for
any lost valuables at the entrance or inside the event. 

There will also be a medical area on site, where trained first-aiders and paramedics
will be available at any time.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

Bad weather shouldn’t affect the event too much as the stage and seating are inside a big top tent! Certain areas,
food stalls and the approach is outside and might be subject to adverse weather conditions. Please bring correct
footwear and coats  depending on the forecasted weather.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Unfortunately, you cannot bring any food or drink into the event (except one sealed 500ml bottle of water per person).

Unfortunately not, the only animals that are permitted on site are registered guide dogs

There will be ample seating available within our bier hall.

Yes, however it must not be used for commercial use unless given permission by
the event organiser prior to the event.

How do I make a complaint?

however please ensure that your complaint is made within seven days of the event.

The bar will accept cash and card.Food vendors will be card only.

Do you offer discount tickets for people with a disability?

We offer a free carers ticket to anyone who requires help and is in receipt of Pip/DLA. To qualify you will need to
purchase your ticket then email customer@lucuslive.com with the ticket reference number and photo proof of Pip/DLA.
It can take up to 7 days to process these requests. All requests MUST be made before 20th September 2023.

Unfortunately there will not be a specific accessible viewing area but all seating within
the venue should have a clear view of the stage.

Is there disabled parking?

There will be parking available for blue badge customers in the car park. You will still require a ticket. Show your blue badge to the stewards upon entry who will direct you to the blue badge bays closest to the venue.
