CAN WE LEAVE SITE AND COME BACK?

Only those camping with us will be allowed to leave the arena to go back to the camping field and be re-admitted.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Adults are not permitted to bring any food or drinks onto the site, apart from one 500ml sealed bottle of water per person. However, we will allow children’s snacks and a soft drink for young children. Those camping with us can bring a personal supply of food and drink for consumption in the camping areas.

CAN I BRING MY PET

Highly trained Assistance Dogs are the only animals permitted. Due to possible concerns for animal welfare in the environment (including loud music, smoke, sun, pyrotechnics and fireworks) we ask that anyone requiring a highly trained assistance dog to accompany them to contact us first at customer@lucuslive.com

CAN I BRING A CHAIR OR BLANKET

You’re welcome to bring your own seating (folding, camping chairs) and blankets to sit on, however please be aware that these cannot be placed directly in front of the stage because it creates a hazard. You must be behind the barriers, which will be clearly signposted.

All rolled-over tickets will be valid for all 3 days at Revival 2024.

CAN I BRING MY PERFUME OR COSMETICS?

We do allow campers to bring cosmetics into the campsite but please be prepared to spray/use it on yourself upon entry (security may ask this as a measure to ensure what is inside is perfume). Please also note that we do not allow glass perfume or aftershave bottles over 30ml, so any glass bottles/containers bigger than this will be confiscated upon entry and you will not receive these items back.

At Revival we will accept cash and card at the bars and stall holders. Food vendors will be card only (debit/credit).
There are no cash machines at the festival so if you want to use cash please ensure you bring enough with you to
the event. Day ticket holders will not be permitted to leave the venue and return to get cash.

Ravertots officially takes over the Sunday and you can expect the Ravertots standard of kids
entertainment and attractions. HOWEVER! The Revival Friday and Saturday is family friendly and
many of the children’s activities including a free fun fair will be open throughout the weekend!

Please note – The Pure Science arena on Saturday and VIP area is adult only (Friday and Saturday).
The full site and all the arenas are available on Sunday.

WILL THERE BE FAMILY AREAS?

There will be a dedicated family area full of bouncy castles, mini funfair, circus skills, arts and crafts, 
crazy golf, games 
and more. This area is only accessible with a family wristband. It is open
Saturday and Sunday. Free kids fairground rides will operate all weekend.

WILL CAMPING BE MIXED?

We will have general camping and family camping. There will be separate areas.

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR?

You only need to pay for facepainting and glitter art, food and drinks and adult sized funfair rides.

DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY CARERS TICKETS?

Yes, customers are required to purchase a ticket for themselves, and then apply for a carers ticket.

Processing your request can take up to 12 days. The deadline to apply is 1st July 2024.
After this date, your carer is welcome to attend but will need to purchase a ticket.
